Services & Estimates
All estimates provided by Old Soul Windows & Doors are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on the scope of work discussed during the consultation and may be revised if site conditions differ from what was assessed.
Project timelines are provided as good-faith estimates. Manufacturing lead times (typically 5-7 weeks) and scheduling availability may affect final installation dates. We communicate any changes promptly.
Warranty
Every Old Soul installation includes a minimum 2-year limited workmanship warranty covering the labor and craftsmanship of the installation. This covers issues related to how we installed your windows or doors — seals, shimming, weatherstripping, and hardware alignment.
All manufacturer warranties remain in full effect and are separate from our workmanship warranty. Warranty terms vary by product line and manufacturer. We provide full warranty documentation at project completion.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in your project agreement. We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and financing through our partner Acorn Financial. A deposit may be required to initiate product orders.
All prices quoted include materials, labor, and standard installation. Any additional work discovered during installation (structural repairs, code compliance) will be discussed and approved before proceeding.
Limitation of Liability
Old Soul Windows & Doors is not liable for delays caused by manufacturer production schedules, material shortages, weather events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project in question.
